Maximizing Content Creation for Life Coaches: The Power of PLR and AI Combined

Maximizing Content Creation for Life Coaches: The Power of PLR and AI Combined

(Or How I bamboozle my audience into thinking that I write all of my own content)

As a life coach, creating content that resonates with your audience can be a challenging task. From blogs to social media posts, newsletters, and more, consistently producing high-quality content requires a significant amount of time, effort, and creativity. Luckily, there are two powerful tools that can help: Private Label Rights (PLR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

I use both in my business and in this article, we will explore how you can use PLR and AI to create content that engages, informs, and inspires your audience. I’ll also give you a list of PLR companies I recommend that I’ve checked out.

I – Using PLR to create content

PLR or Private Label Rights products are products that are created for others to use. It saves time and money when you use PLR materials in your business. I have been using them for years and I would like to share with you how you, as a coach can use them too.

When ChatGPT was launched all the PLR companies cringed because they thought they would be obsolete with everyone just using AI to create products, content, and more. But that didn’t happen. Why?

Because those companies were still putting out better products than the inexperienced people were with AI tools. I for one didn’t stop buying PLR and neither should you.

PLR is pre-written content that can be purchased, modified, and repurposed by the buyer. The content is typically written by professionals in a specific industry, including life coaching. PLR can take many forms, including blog posts, eBooks, newsletters, and social media posts.

Using PLR can save life coaches time and energy, as they don’t have to write content from scratch. Instead, they can modify existing content to meet their needs, making it more relevant and personalized for their audience.

The benefits of using PLR

The benefits of using PLR for life coaches are numerous. First, it saves time and effort. Rather than spending hours researching and writing, life coaches can focus on modifying pre-written content to suit their specific needs, making it more relevant and personalized for their audience.

This can also help improve consistency in content creation, as life coaches can publish content more frequently without sacrificing quality. Additionally, PLR can be a valuable source of inspiration, helping life coaches generate new ideas and angles for their content.

I use PLR materials for many areas of my business, including training packages for members, copy for sales pages, email series, articles, blog posts, and video tips. The PLR can be a planner, a workbook, a report, an article series, or a bundle of several compatible products. For example, some companies offer planners for one specific task or project such as “How to Plan Your Automated Webinar in a Weekend”, or “Group Coaching Program Planner.”

Other companies offer reports or epic blog posts that come with checklists, worksheets, action guides, and/or resource lists., such as “How Live Streaming Can Improve Any Business”, or “7 Steps to Create Your Ideal Customer Profile.”

Another company that I use has packages with a workbook, worksheet, calendar for planning out the tasks in the workbook, resource directory, and a 21 ideas booklet. It’s a nice package to offer customers or use in a monthly membership as I have.

The resources I use are for business coaching. But there are many PLR companies that offer content for life coaches in the field of personal development. Subjects of these can range from goal setting, better relationships, and stress relief, to changing your life, improve your creativity, and making big dreams come true.

Since I like to integrate some personal development articles into my content strategy, some PLR I have used for that include “10 Ways to Develop Creativity”, “Embrace Integrity”, andLiving Well: Striking a Harmonious Balance Between Health & Happiness.”

II – How I Use PLR for my Content

Even though you didn’t write the PLR that you purchased, you still need to rebrand it, and make it your own. When I purchase a PLR piece of content, there are several things I do every time that are routine for branding, such as:

  • Change the font
  • Change the color theme
  • Change the title
  • Make all the headings my theme color

Then I read through the document to see what other formatting needs changing. Sometimes the text needs to be broken up visually by either breaking up a long paragraph into one or more smaller ones or adding subheadings in a different color from the main headings.

Next, I read through the article again for:

  • Changing some of the wording to how I would say it,
  • Looking for links or references that might be out of date or not working (and if so, replacing them with ones that do work),
  • And finding places where I can insert my own story or experience to illustrate a point more personally.

I also will edit and proofread it. And sometimes the document lacks a concluding section, so I add that.

Lastly, I create a cover graphic if it’s a PDF, or a post graphic if it’s an article. Epic blog posts get more graphics—all of which I make in Canva.

Here’s a list of some of the PLR companies I’ve used and recommend.

Now that ChatGPT has created new opportunities for writers to enhance their content, I have been experimenting with asking it to fill in gaps in PLR materials where I can’t decide how to word a concept, or expand on a subject. It will usually do it in ways I hadn’t thought of.

Let’s dive into using AI to supplement your content writing as well as your PLR materials.

III – Using AI to create content

AI is an emerging technology that has the potential to revolutionize content creation. AI-powered content creation tools can assist any kind of solopreneur in creating high-quality, engaging content in less time. For example, AI tools can generate headlines, write social media posts, and even write entire articles or blog posts. AI can also help life coaches optimize their content for search engines, increasing their visibility online.

The benefits of using AI include improved efficiency and accuracy in content creation. AI-powered tools can analyze data and provide insights, helping life coaches create more relevant and engaging content. Additionally, AI can help you create personalized content that resonates with your target audience, and is both informative and emotionally compelling.

IV – How I Use AI for my Content

One way I started out using AI was to prompt it to write a 500-word article on a simple topic such as “Using Your Genius Zone”, orCreate High Quality Content That Will Convert.” Then I asked it to write 2500-word articles. And it wrote articles that had 8 to 10 steps and I was able to take each step and write my own article on it. I also made a video series from one of the AI articles that had 10 steps (“10 Steps to Recession-Proof Your Coaching Business”).

Another way I use AI to write content is to ask it for an outline of a long (epic) article. Here’s the outline that ChatGPT came up with for this article:

     I. Introduction
          A. Explanation of what PLR is and how it is used by life coaches
          B. Explanation of AI and its potential benefits to life coaches

II. Using PLR to create content
          A. Definition of PLR and how it can be used by life coaches
          B. Benefits of using PLR for life coaches
          C. Examples of PLR content that can be used by life coaches

III. Using AI to create content
          A. Explanation of AI and its potential benefits to life coaches
          B. Examples of how AI can be used to create content for life coaches

IV. Combining PLR and AI to create content
          A. Explanation of how PLR and AI can be used together to create high-quality content for life coaches
          B. Benefits of using both PLR and AI for content creation
          C. Examples of PLR and AI combined to create content for life coaches

     V. Conclusion
          A. Recap of the benefits of using PLR and AI for content creation
          B. Final thoughts on the future of content creation for life coaches.

Now as you can see, I didn’t stick to the outline. I used it as a guide and for ideas to include in my article.

And another way I use AI is to research topics that I want to include in my content, but don’t have a firm grasp of, or don’t know enough about to expound on. And I also use it to help me write copy for promotions and webpages.

For example, in writing copy for a sales page, I asked ChatGPT to write about the benefits for life coaches of offering an evergreen webinar. Then I asked it to write on article on things to consider when choosing your automated webinar topic. I even asked it to write text for a workbook on the topic, and a follow-up email series for the product. Then it was just a matter of editing all of it.

PLR creators, copywriters, and editors were worried about AI products putting them out of business, but I think that their products are needed just as much as before AI, and can work together to produce even better content.

V – Combining PLR and AI to create content

As you can see, PLR and AI can work hand in hand to create even more powerful content for life coaches. By using PLR as a foundation, you can leverage AI to modify the content and personalize it for your audience. AI can also be used to optimize the content for search engines and identify opportunities for improvement.

The benefits of using both PLR and AI for content creation are many. By combining these tools, life coaches can create high-quality content quickly and efficiently, while also ensuring that it is personalized and relevant for their audience. Additionally, using both tools can help life coaches generate new ideas and angles for their content, increasing their creativity and productivity.

Examples of PLR and AI combined to create content for life coaches include modifying pre-written eBooks or blog posts to suit their niche or using AI to personalize social media posts with specific language or tone.

I now use both PLR and AI to create, expand, and alter content that I would take much longer to produce on my own.

In Summary

So do I use PLR and AI for all my content? No. I do sit down and just write my own thoughts on topics my audience is interested in. And I may enhance it with some ideas or phrases from these tools. But PLR and AI are powerful tools that can help any online marketer create high-quality, engaging content for their audience. Using PLR can save time and effort, while AI can improve the efficiency and accuracy of content creation.

By combining these tools, life coaches can create even more powerful content that resonates with their audience and helps them achieve their goals. As technology continues to advance, the possibilities for content creation are limitless and by using these available tools, you’ll be able to connect with your audience in new and meaningful ways.
